Fat Boys is special for me. I was twelve and from up north- it was my first bbq. Ate there all through college. The meat is lean and tender. The sauce is amazing and they butter and grill their sandwich bread. I try to eat their every time I'm in Canyon.

I love the BBQ at Fat Boys. I am very picky and this is one of very few places that I like. The BBQ sauce is the best in the area. I wish there was a Fat Boys in Amarillo.
